Chris Berg joined Diversified Employer Solutions in 2015 as a Human Resources Consultant. Chris has over 15 years of Human Resources experience along with a BA in Human Resources and a MBA in Human Resources/Organizational Development. She also has a PHR and SHRM-CP designation. In addition, Chris serves as the Foundation Director for SHRM, Co-Chair of the Total Rewards Special Interest Group for Metro Milwaukee SHRM, and is a certified Emergenetics Trainer.
As a HR Consultant Chris serves as a Human Resource subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients of our Employer Solutions consultative division. She provides on-demand advice and on-site support in all areas of HR. Chris also conducts audits where she works with clients to identify their HR needs and provide innovative solutions to help resolve their issues.
Beth Heal – Director HR Technology & Consulting
A Human Resources generalist with over 20 years of experience in operational and strategic senior positions, Beth has practical experience and expertise in all aspects of human resource management, benefits and payroll technology. Beth works directly with clients to improve processes and practices, increase employee satisfaction, evaluate productivity, gauge success and enhance profitability.
Beth received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and went on to complete her Master of Business Administration degree from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She holds a national membership in the Society for Human Resource Management.
Danielle Jaeckle – Implementation Consultant
Danielle Jaeckle joined Diversified Insurance Solutions in 2013 as an Employee Specialist and has been on the Diversified Employer Solutions team for over a year as an Implementation Consultant. Danielle is a graduate of Concordia University where she majored in Business Management and Communications. In addition, Danielle holds her insurance agent’s license.
In her role as an Implementation Consultant, Danielle is responsible for executing the successful installation benefit software systems and HRIS systems for clients. Danielle ensures that these systems are successfully integrated for clients as well as providing clients training and support for these systems. Some of the systems Danielle implements include iSolve, FutureVision powered by bswift, Paycor, Acentis and others.
Becky Paszkowski joined Diversified Employer Solutions in 2015 as a Payroll & Benefits Analyst. Becky has a history of HR, benefit administration, recruiting, and payroll processing experience. She was previously employed with the Greenfield School District as a HR/Benefits Assistant, and a Retirement Specialist with Milwaukee County. Becky is a graduate of Ottawa University with a BA with an emphasis on Human Resources.
As a Payroll & Benefits Analyst Becky works on-site with clients to assist with their various HR needs. Becky is currently on-site with a large employer with over 300 employees and five locations where she coordinates all the Human Resource activities for the organization along with administering and leading the five HR coordinators at each location.
Matt Weimer – Director Strategic Solutions
Matt Weimer has been with Diversified since 2000 and has held a number of positions during that time. Currently, Matt leads Diversified Employer Solutions Human Resources, is a shareholder, and oversees the company’s marketing and communication initiatives.
Matt’s extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and legislation positively impacts business and customer relations. Serving as the onsite expert in healthcare reform, he is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin as well as several other industry and legislative committees. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Carthage College in Kenosha.
